This Thule® license plate relocation bracket is used to provide an unobstructed view of the vehicle license plate when using a hitch mounted bike rack. For use in conjunction with the THULE® T2 Pro XTR hitch mounted bike racks (sold separately at additional cost).Included is a universal two pin connector to power the integrated light which helps provide added visibility.
